For customers who anticipate shipping on a regular basis, we need an account application form completed with the appropriate details (address, company number, bank details, etc.) and confirmation that you have read and understand our terms and conditions. For emergency shipments where there is no time to create an account, or where it is a one-off shipment, we are happy to take credit card details over the phone.
